Shipping & Returns

Order Processing and Shipment

Orders are PROCESSED in 1 business day and can take up to 3 Business days to SHIP. Upon shipment, you will be emailed a tracking number. Items that show "Ships From Manufacturer" can take longer depending on the manufacturer availability and schedule of shipment.

The vast majority of orders ship same business day if ordered before noon EST, otherwise the next business day.

How to Request a Return

Certain merchandise such as special orders, custom merchandise, electronics
etc. may be non-refundable and not eligible for return. Please refer to our "Exceptions" section for further details on if your item is
eligible for return.

1. Visit our Returns Hub HERE

2. Enter your order number and zip code, and then click 'Continue'

3. Select the item(s) you wish to return, select a reason for the return and enter a comment

4. Submit your return request and we will get back to you within 1 business day

Once your package is received and inspected, the returns department will issue an approval for refund, less applicable shipping and/or handling fees. Your refund, once approved, will be credited to your card within 5 business days of receipt of your package.

Items shipped to any address other than the address noted will not be eligible for refund. Items refused for shipment will not be eligible for refund.

DirtEverywhere.com will assist our Customer's in contact and communication with the Manufacturer in the event of a Warranty question or a Defective item. Please contact Customer Service at 800-299-1028 to discuss how DirtEverywhere.com may be able to assist you with your warranty or defective item needs.

Warranty Claims

In many circumstances DirtEverywhere.com will be able to assist in the filing of a warranty claim with a manufacturer or the return of a defective item however DirtEverywhere.com does not certify or warrant any action, refund or replacement on behalf of a manufacturer.
Advanced replacement parts are not available. Please note that in cases of items being replaced under warranty the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost of the return shipment and/or the replacement order. 

Most products at DirtEverywhere.com are eligible for return within 30 days of the shipment date. Contact our Customer Service Department via [email protected] to receive information regarding eligibility of your product for return. 

 

Shipping Claims & Resolute

 

DirtEverywhere LLC uses standard shipping services which include but are not limited to UPS, Fedex, and USPS. As a result, we relinquish quality control and assurance to third parties during the delivery process, Therefore, if an item goes missing or is stolen, we must follow the guidance provided by these third parties. This may include the need for us to verify the customer's shipping address as well as other order information. If the delivery requires us to file a shipment investigation, we must wait 14 days from the date of shipment to initiate the process through the shipper. The investigation may take up to 7 days to conclude. If the lost/stolen package cannot be recovered through the shipping investigation, the customer is required to complete and return an affidavit to receive a refund.
