I paid $100 for expedited shipping and the part came in days later than expected. I verified with FedEx that the part never made it to them in the time allotted to get it to me on time. When I called customer service to see where my part was I was told that they would email with tracking updates which I did not receive until two days later. I called back a second time that day and talked to someone else. They said they would call the warehouse to see what happened. I was put on hold for 20 minutes and the person came back and had no answer for me but that I would be emailed with updates on the part. With no guarantee of ETA on parts and lack of answers from customer service I would not use this service again.
