Paint around outside (exposed) edge of the rim was knocked off during shipping? Could have been better packed in box or may have been damaged before shipping?

Other than a lack of a schematic that actually shows that this is the smaller upper shackle bushings rather than the same shackle larger lower bushings, Good So Far, but this is my first order. Note may want to get "energy Suspensions" to provide and actual shackle detail
