One of the steel bars was bent on the end. I had to straighten it out with a hammer.

Shipped like you'd imagine, The only gripe I have is the packaging was a box with no padding so my 10 cylinder head bolts smashed up the box but they aren't damaged and feel like quality products, Overall I am pleased with my purchase.
