Process was very smooth. Ordered tires on June 2, received them via FedEx on June 10. Outstanding! Appreciated the emails I received with order status and tracking numbers.

Some of the parts that I ordered did not match the picture shown. Customer service was helpful and provided return postage. I have returned the parts and order the correct ones.

Shipped like you'd imagine, The only gripe I have is the packaging was a box with no padding so my 10 cylinder head bolts smashed up the box but they aren't damaged and feel like quality products, Overall I am pleased with my purchase.
