Features and Benefits: Especially designed to accommodate the 1-11/16 in. (43mm) wheel bearing retaining nut which is recessed into the hub. Used to remove and install the front wheel bearing retaining nut on 1994 and newer Dodge 1/2-ton pickup trucks with Dana 44 front axle and Dana 60 axle with a vacuum disconnect. Since the retaining nut is recessed, this special tool provides the depth needed.It is 1/2 in. drive, and can be used with an impact wrench. No warranty

  • Four-pin design accommodates the four holes in each locknut, which prevents slippage under high torque requirements.

  • Here's the equipment you need to safely remove the plastic vacuum hubs on Ford pickups. Standard tools won't work for the job, but this set has special clips that slip into slots on the hub to release it.For use on 1998 to current 4WD Ranger, F-250, and F-350 models with vacuum front hubs.
